The space
A single open-plan room with 3m ceilings at the eaves and natural herringbone wood floors. 1,041 sq ft gives you room to run a full crew alongside a working kitchen without compromising either.
Daylight is the headline. Large south-facing windows paired with roof lights give consistent overhead and side light across the day. Every window has full blackout, so you can drop the room to a controlled studio environment for continuous or strobe lighting.
Set inside a private gated courtyard — quiet, discreet, removed from street traffic.

Kitchen zones
Three working kitchens plus a dedicated coffee and tea bar, used independently or together. On filming days, one preps off-camera while another is dressed for the shot.
Prep kitchen — the off-camera workhorse. 2 × BORA X BO steam ovens, BORA M Pure induction hob with integrated extraction, BORA QVac vacuum sealer, 2 × integrated dishwashers, BORA COOL integrated fridge, BORA Multi Drawer (MS290 multi-temperature). Large Belfast sink with Quooker tap (instant boiling water + pull-out hose).
Fixed teaching island — the hero kitchen. BORA Professional 3.0 induction hob with integrated downdraft extraction, paired with a BORA Professional 3.0 teppanyaki grill.
Moveable filming island — purpose-built and repositionable. BORA S Pure induction hob with integrated extraction. Build the shoot around the food, not around the kitchen. Hisense fridge and Hisense freezer (separate units) sit in this filming kitchen zone.
Coffee & tea bar — a fully equipped drinks station with its own sink and fridge, kitted out to a serious specialty-coffee standard with a full Fellow espresso set-up, our house blend by Backyard Coffee, and a curated library of loose-leaf teas and matchas.

Dining and gathering
A 2m × 4m dining table seating 16 anchors the room — substantial enough for a working supper club, tasting menu, brand dinner, workshop with full place settings, or a conference / off-site meeting. Doubles as a production table on filming days, or a hero surface for overhead tabletop work.
Standing capacity for receptions and launches: up to 60.

Photography and filming
Daylight — south-facing windows + roof lights give strong directional side light in the morning, overhead at midday. Full blackout on every window when you need controlled lighting.
Overhead rigging — exposed structural beams across the ceiling for hanging lights, modifiers, overhead camera mounts and tabletop rigs. No need to build out your own.
On-site kit (catalogue growing — confirm specifics at booking)
- Amaran 100D S with Light Dome (soft continuous source)
- Tripod for overhead and standard setups
Power — three-phase supply installed. Circuit and breaker details available on request.
We expect productions to bring their own primary lighting, cameras and grip. Power, space and rigging are configured to support that.
